Set position of useful data for H3A in the REC tag regarding Individuals (type=I)

For this test, the REC tag data must be separated by a semicolon.

For example in a REC tag containing the following fields:

"Customer ID; Lastname;Firstname;DOB;Native country"

the Firstname is in position 3 and the DOB field is in position 4.
